About Bright Bridge Futures

Bright Bridge Futures was created to support families navigating SEND systems that are often complex, slow and emotionally demanding.

Many parents come to us after trying to manage the process alone. Our role is to help families understand how the system works, organise information and feel more confident engaging with professionals involved in their child’s education.

Professional Experience

Our work is informed by professional experience across education and Local Authority SEND services, including roles such as:

  • Tribunal Officer within a Local Authority
  • EHCP / SEND Case Officer
  • Teacher and Behaviour Support Specialist
  • Experience across mainstream and specialist educational settings

This experience provides specialist insight into how SEND decisions are made, how evidence is assessed and how statutory processes operate in practice.

Qualifications & Training

  • BSc Psychology
  • Masters in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training
  • IPSEA SEND Law Level 3

Professional development is ongoing to ensure practice remains aligned with current SEND guidance and best practice.
